At Crystal Rose Collections, every bracelet is handmade with love and intention, and I stand by the quality of the pieces I've made for life. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about my lifetime warranty.
➡️ What does your lifetime warranty cover?
If your bracelet ever breaks, I'll remake it for you - no matter how long it’s been - as long as you provide proof of purchase and return the majority of the beads.
➡️ What do I need to send back to get a replacement?
To qualify for a warranty remake, I ask that you:
- Return most of the original beads (especially the gold-filled bead, which is the most important piece)
- Include a proof of purchase (like an order confirmation email or receipt)
- Let me know your wrist size + confirm your shipping address
That’s it! I’ll take care of the rest.
➡️ Why do you need the original beads?
Each crystal bead is unique, and reusing them helps me stay sustainable. Plus, it ensures I remake your bracelet with the same energy and beauty as the original.
➡️ Where do I send the beads?
I'll provide the return mailing address once your warranty request is approved. Please package the beads securely to avoid any getting lost in transit.
➡️ Are there any exceptions?
I honor all warranty requests as long as the original purchase can be verified and most of the beads are returned. If major beads are missing or the gold accent bead is lost, I may need to charge a small replacement fee — but I'll let you know before moving forward.
➡️ How long will it take to receive my new bracelet?
Once I receive your returned beads, your new bracelet will be remade and shipped within 5–10 business days.
➡️ Any tips to make my bracelet last longer?
Yes! The bracelets are made with durable stretch cord, but they’re still handmade and delicate. To help your bracelet last, I recommend:
- Roll it gently on and off your wrist - avoid stretching it wide
- Be mindful not to catch it on clothing, keys, or other jewelry
- Remove it before showering, swimming, or sleeping (if possible!)
➡️ What if my bracelet still looks good but feels too loose?
If your bracelet has stretched over time and you'd like it to fit tighter, I'm happy to resize it for a $10 restringing fee. Just send it back with all the original beads, and I'll remake it to your preferred fit.
➡️ How do I start a warranty claim?
Just email me at christyyrosee@gmail.com with your:
- Full name and proof of purchase
- A photo of the broken bracelet (if available)
- Description of what happened
- Confirmation that you’ll be sending back the beads
I'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
